Philip K. Talley, D.D.S. -

Dr. Philip Talley has committed himself to excellence in dentistry as a student and well regarded practitioner.  He graduated at the top of his class at Meharry College, where he was recognized as a future leader in the profession as he was awarded membership into the highly coveted Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Fraternity (one of the highest awards given in dentistry).  He then served a general practice residency in the United States Navy, where his commitment to quality care earned him the Navy Commendation medal and Navy Achievement medal.  Dr. Talley is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, ADA, and Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce.  He is also an instructor for other dentists at the renowned Nash Institute for Dental Learning.

Our Family:

Diana Byrdsong, Practice Administrator - I have worked in the dental field for over 6 years. I have worked with Dr. Talley at his Beaver Ruin location for almost 2 years. I am very excited to join his team here at the Forum. Dr. Talley and our team are committed to providing the highest quality of dentistry and customer service to all our patients. I am looking forward to meeting the whole dental family! I am currently pursing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from DeVry University. My favorite thing to do is spend time with my four children and husband!

Stacy Gagne, Hygienist - I decided to give back to others and follow my goals of being a dental hygienist after working for a fortune 50 company for over 10 years. I have the benefit of working with a wonderful group of individuals at Innovative Smiles at the Forum lead by Dr. Philip Talley.  Dr. Talley is a wonderful educator and dental practitioner.  I enjoy the daily patient interaction and believe that with a mutual working relationship it is possible for my patients to have good oral health.  In return, good oral health helps lead to good overall health.  In my free time I love to spend time with friends and family.

Mimi Tran , Hygienist - I have been in the dental field for 10 years and have been practicing dental hygiene for the last 5 years. I have several degrees and certifications, but Dental Hygiene has been the most gratifying and rewarding career I have chosen. Being a part of a top notch and talented team at Innovative Smiles at the Forum is a hygienists' dream come true. From basic oral hygiene home care to the most high tech individualized cosmetic cases Dr. Talley and his team are able to bring beautiful smiles to everyone. Dr. Talley is well regarded as a top notch professional, takes pride in his work, continual education, an educator himself, and is caring of his staff. I am very excited to be part of Dr. Talley dental family and hope that every patient will feel the same way too!

Heather Tobin, Hygienist - After graduating as Vice President of my dental hygiene class in June 2008, I spent about four months working as a temporary hygienist at numerous offices throughout Atlanta and Gwinnett County. I am grateful I had this opportunity because I was able to see how different offices operate and it allowed me to find my dream job here at Innovative Smiles. Dr. Talley does amazing work and we do a fantastic job with staying up to date with new technology to make our patients' visits more enjoyable and relaxing. I want all our patients to love their smile as much as I love my job. In my spare time I love being outside, riding my bike, being with friends, and playing with my only child Chloe who is a Toy Shih-tzu.

Isabel McNabb, Dental Assistant - I am from Medellin Colombia where I completed dental school and worked for 3 years performing general dentistry as a dentist.  I came to the U.S. in 1999 to learn english and in 2004 I obtained a MBA from Kennesaw State University.  I got married 4 years ago and we have a beautiful daughter name Sofia.  Working for Dr. Talley is very enjoyable because we share the same passion for dentistry and dedication to patients.  Dr. Talley runs a very special organized practice which allows him and his team at Innovative Smiles at the Forum to provide the highest quality of care and professionalism to his patients.

Clairissa Kilijian, Dental Assistant - My dental career began about six years ago. I really love what I do because I get to meet new and exciting people every day. I am very grateful to have joined Dr. Talley's team at Innovative Smiles at the Forum. Both Dr. Talley and I share a common goal, and that goal is to provide quality dentistry in a professional and caring environment. It is a pleasure to work for such an individual that has such a passion for dentistry like Dr. Talley does. I look forward to meeting all of his patients and working with them to provide quality care.

Christy Lilac - Schedule Coordinator - I was born and raised in Georgia and I am now living in Snellville with my husband and two children Kinsley (two) and Jaylynn (one). I enjoy soccer, softball, volleyball, and water sports. In my spare time I enjoy volunteering for several organizations in the Atlanta area. My dream is to become a motivational counselor for people who are going through a crisis in their personal and professional life and need extra support to get back on their feet again. I love working in the dental field and I feel Dr. Talley is a perfect professional match for me because I respect any person who is very open minded and reaches out to every type of person in the community.
